Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • Return requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Item is in original condition with all parts and packaging
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Item has not been used or assembled (unless defective)
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund. The way you receive your refund depends on your original payment method:

  • Credit Card: Refunded to the original card (3-5 business days)
  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account (1-2 business days)
  • Store Credit: Available immediately for your next purchase
  • Gift Returns: Refunded as store credit or exchange
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or was sent incorrectly.

Exchanges

If you'd prefer to exchange your item instead of returning it for a refund, we make it easy:

Damaged or Defective Items
